Practical answers about the sprint, deliverables, and how we work together.
What exactly do I get?
You get two 90-minute strategy sessions, a working prototype built with Lovable and Supabase, strategic user flow diagrams, a validation testing framework, a 6-month product roadmap, and all session recordings.
Why can’t I use Lovable or Claude myself?
You can — those tools are exactly why this timeline is possible. The gap isn’t access to AI; it’s knowing what to build, in what order, and how to frame it so you are testing a real hypothesis instead of decorating a vague idea. I bring structured discovery, flow and IA judgment, and experience in regulated and high-stakes products so you spend the month on the right surface area, not reworking dead ends.
How is this different from hiring a designer?
This is a structured validation process, not just design work. You get strategic product thinking, technical feasibility assessment, AI-assisted rapid prototyping, and a clear roadmap — in about a month instead of months of back-and-forth with a designer or agency.
What if the prototype doesn’t validate my concept?
That can be the best outcome: you learn what doesn’t land before a long engineering cycle. You leave with clear insights on what to pivot or what to test next.
Do I need to be technical to work with you?
Not at all. I handle the technical implementation. You articulate your concept, target users, and key assumptions — I translate that into a working prototype and documentation your team can run with.
Can you sign an NDA?
Yes. I’m happy to sign an NDA before our first session if you need it. Your ideas and IP stay confidential.
What happens after the sprint?
You own the prototype — code, designs, and documentation. You can keep building in-house, hand it to a team, or use it in investor conversations. Ongoing support is available if you want help iterating from real user feedback.
Is this only for fintech products?
No. While a lot of my background is in fintech and regulated industries, the process works for B2B SaaS, marketplaces, and platform concepts broadly — from sports management to podcast discovery and beyond.
