I led the redesign of the entire platform experience, working closely with the sales team and leadership to facilitate more automated data collection at certain touch-points, reducing manual follow-ups and minimising additional work for the sales team.

After a decade of financial austerity, councils within the United Kingdom need to do more with less. When this project started, there were over 4,800 in social housing who owed the council.
I led the team to redesign the existing product experience. Redesigned the action diary to follow natural conversation patterns, consolidated all context in one place, and embedded financial tools caseworkers actually used during resident discussions.
