Single Window & Digital Integration
The Single Window & Digital Integration working group is responsible for coordinating the rollout of Pakistan's National Single Window (NSW) across all border-clearing agencies. The group meets monthly to review integration milestones, resolve inter-agency data-sharing blockers, and align Pakistan Customs, FBR, and State Bank systems under a unified digital trade facilitation platform.
Mandate signed: 12 January 2024 · Operating budget approved by NTFC Secretariat and Ministry of Commerce on a semi-annual basis.

Integrate NSW with Pakistan Customs clearance module
Your role: Action LeadThis action covers the technical integration of the Pakistan National Single Window (NSW) platform with the Pakistan Customs Web-Based One Customs (WeBOC) clearance module. Phase 1 focuses on Torkham and Wagah border crossings, establishing live data exchange between NSW and Customs to enable paperless declarations and automated duty assessment for registered importers and exporters.
